A 2.5 Hour Sanctuary for AAPI Women Leaders

SATURDAY, MAY 31 1-3:30p

385 Ashton Ave. San Francisco CA

You’ve been holding it all together for too long — showing up, speaking up, staying strong. But now, you’ve hit a wall. And honestly? You’re over it. Over the disempowerment. Over the pressure to be palatable. Over the constant storm of bad news and burnout. This is your “I’ve had enough moment”— and you’re not alone.

Join us for a 2.5-hour restorative sanctuary created for AAPI women leaders who are ready to disrupt the grind culture and reclaim their peace. This is a space for rage and release, softness and strategy, rest and resistance.

We’ll gather in community to:

Release collective rage and honor ancestral resilience

Create your own calming essential oil blend to soothe your nervous system

Experience a healing sound bath to reset your body and spirit

Learn to manage your energy and speak your truth — in a way that honors your time, your boundaries, and your background

Build community and share stories in a space that sees and celebrates you

Receive a new narrative as an anchor for hope and power

Take home gifts that nourish and delight

This is not your typical self-help workshop. This is radical self-honoring. A reclamation of your body, your voice, your rest — and your right to be well.

Who It’s For:

AAPI women who lead. Women who care deeply. Women who are tired of being strong all the time. Women who want to lead with clarity, calm, and conviction — without burning out.

Come as you are. Leave with tools, connection, and a renewed sense of power.

Investment: $80 (Partial scholarships are available for those experiencing a financial strain. Please inquire to apply.)
